The Sustainable Startup Simulation
Take the role of an entrepreneur in a complex environment in a developing country. Working in teams you will manage a business model that’s addressing one of the world’s most important challenges: the business of waste and recycling!
How it works
Your aim is to build a financially sustainable business model. You will set your business objectives and respond to unforeseen market challenges.
Will you play tactically, optimising for short term profits? Or are you more strategic, thinking about long term financial sustainability?
What key decisions will you make to drive your business to success? … What does success even look like for your business?
Learning outcomes and skill development
